This morning my head is spinning, my heart is struggling and my emotions are exploding.
What I need to do is practice leaning.
Leaning on Jesus as my boy leaves for 6 weeks.
Leaning as I face a race that I'm quite honestly not ready for.
Leaning as my hormones storm. (Sorry if that's Too Much Information.)
Just the name of Jesus settles, calms, comforts.
What's causing you to need to lean today? I'll pray for you if you'll pray for me!

Leaning on Jesus as I walk this grief journey... with the death of our sweet Rachel, the last three years have been hard, sometimes harder than others.
Leaning on Jesus as I watch my husband and son struggle with their grief.
Leaning on Jesus as we watch her friends graduate and start new journeys in life.

One of my favorite verses! I'm leaning on the Lord to guide me as I struggle to change churches. God is calling me to give more and in this little church (around 50 people)no one wants to grow or to give. I am a diciple of Christ and I need to be able to teach His word as I did before my husband and I married 8 years ago. I left my church for his and he does not want to change, so it is a struggle deep within my soul. Praying for you Amy and Georgia, good luck at She Speaks. You will have a blast! Very rewarding experience.
